Chef Galvao first broke into the scene as a sous chef at Trattoria Dell’Arte New York where he worked under his first mentor. Today Chef Galvao has been cooking for over 16 years, and he looks forward to sharing this new chapter of his life with all who dine at Nonna Carola.
